The place was tidy. People followed the physical/social distancing rule. We applied for and renewed our Postal IDs, and the service was pretty quick. Wasn't that bad at all.

Helpful staff. Fast service. Postal service is not dead as others predicted. But This place Needs their budget for Maintenance, Improved Arrangement of working space, A better waiting area, Better, comfortable and more stable seats for customers, Additional electric fans or Airconditioners, New paint Cleaning of high windows and walls, Set away sacks and junk at the Foot of the stairs.
2nd time to pick up my package. Staffs are friendly and accommodating.
I availed the SSS ID last October 2018 and until now it hasn't arrived yet so I took the courage to personally claim it myself but first I contacted the SSS regarding the status of my UMID Card. The process of claiming is easy as long as you have the claim stub and ID and it just took me 10 minutes or so . They didn't bother me anymore of tracking number which I have apparently. The door leading to the SSS ID Claiming Section is vague yet I still find my way. Thank you PhilPost.
TBH, I think it wasn't that bad, as long as I got my package safely delivered here in the PH... The only thing why I didn't make it five stars is because of the hotness... They should at least install an electric fan for the people who will receive packages. Also, was it really necessary to pay 112 just to receive a package??
