I've been eating breakfast around the world, from 5-Star hotels to famous named restaurants across North America. Milky and Sunny is stuck in middle of a row of commercial businesses along a small street (with like two slots of parking in the front, yes its an issue but worth driving out here) in a residential area turned into a commercial strip. Step inside the place and its like being in a playroom of a child's heart. I'm not a fan of rainbows and cross-stitching, but the taste in decor is made up to make a place that I'd consider it a breakfast lovers playroom. The staff is awesome and very friendly. Avoid the lunch rush and you actually feel like you're in your creative relative's house eating in their cute dinning room next to the kitchen. This place is a must stop if you are in the Manila. I took one of my Aussie-Filipino mate from Singapore to try their Beef Tapa Breakfast Burrito and he chowed down this unique mexican-asian fusion breakfast bite and wanted to take some back home with him. The value for Philippine money is OK, but the taste is something else. I've never been to a place in Manila where I'm actually happy to see the waffles and pancakes come out on to the table and then wish I had more room to finish everything. Definitely 4/5 stars.
