I bought our chandelier here at light options mchome ortigas. It is worth 20k plus. I need a repair for the lighting because its already busted. So i went last december and they got my information they will call me back for the pullout. If there's a fee its ok. They told me that it will be pulled out on January 8 onwards because of the holidays so I waited till now May 10, 2019 i went back to them for follow up. This certain " OIC"who is so rude Eric tuliao is his name. I told him that im waiting for them for long to have them pull out r chandelier according to him all the answers he said NO! Theres no options of pulling out, my record is not there, hindi cla nagkakabit nagtatanggal etc lahat ng sagot nya wla lhat ng records nagpalit ng tao etc pti rules nla pnalitan din kc daw nagpalit ng tao... all i need is proper assistance and proper communication. he just shut u up without offering any help. Simple lang nmn if my accredited kyo pd magpullout kc kayo nmn ang nagkabit dhil dlwa lng kmi babae s bhay. Gusto q cla magpullout kc pnapaingatan ko un ilaw. He said he's the OIC and you cant get any help from HIM!
