Excellent Tapas food, everything served tasted great; on the pricey side though so be prepared. Located in Podium mall, and does not close with the mall, but is open till 1am. Ambiance is about okay. Tried the Rose Sangria which was nice. Cocktails seemed expensive. Tried the Rambla Craft beer which had a poor finish note.

I found the food and drinks to be okay. We got paella negra, croquettes and some sort of potato pancake and a Christmas margarita, I think? Which I wasn't able to finish. Maybe I should've gotten tapas? Service could improve too, nothing bad, just need more attentiveness
Delicious food, good service, comfortable setting. For a vegetarian there are great options! Highly recommend
100% food satisfied delicious
Nice place to dine. Got good quality food. Contemporary and causal feel. Plenty of servers. Best to call in advance to reserve a table, specially on weekends and holidays. Located in the ground floor, on the left as one enters The Podium.
Food is good. We love the mushroom paella, tapas and of course, the steaks! Price is just right for the quality of food they offer.
We keep going back to try something new in Las Flores. We were most pleased with its dessert platter. We enjoyed the churros, cheesecake, ice cream and chocolate cake.
You have to realize that Las Flores is located at The Podium beside even pricier restaurants. Be that as it may, the place is great. The service is excellent. The food exceeds expectations. The Onion Soup is good, but not as hearty as you would normally have. It is creamy but not punchy. The Paella Negra exceeds expectations. In my opinion, a good indicator for a good a Spanish restaurant is the Paella Negra. This paella had a thin burnt crust. Thinner than I would like. But the bonito flakes was a pleasant surprise. It was rich and creamy. I was more surprised with the Paella Setas. It was full of umami flavor. The different types of mushrooms added layers of complexity. It was a food bomb which blew my mind.
