Took us a year to write this review. Had our Wedding last 29 Nov 2019. Everything was \fine\. Thus the rating of 2 stars. The assigned coordinator named \Kean\ was very unprofessional, never showed a good face during the event. Guests were somehow \poorly\ treated during the ceremony. Photo and Video were really disappointing. Shots were messy, poorly taken, rare were the good shots. If we had known it would be like that, we would've hired a separate one. Photographers\\Videographers seemed like on a rush all day. Barely taking important shots. A friend of ours even had better shots than theirs. For such an important event, things like these shouldn't have happened. Photos are precious on these types of events. We were asked to take a video commending their service, and we did. Only because we are mature enough not to cause a scene\\bad vibes at the end of the wedding. Won't even recommend their service.

Kudos to MAW Studio, they really don't break my expectation since from pre-nup until the SDE video. Thank you Mam Lieca (our head coordinator) for being polite even we're panicking. And to all the staff of La Roa, we are very thankful for all your support. For all couples out there, don't hesitate to choose La Roa Events for your wedding, they have different packages that will suits to your budget and the Photo/Video Team (MAW Studio) are professionals. We gave La Roa 5 stars when we rated them right after our wedding 5/12/19. We are satisfied that our wedding turned out elegant at an affordable package price.The food, set up of the venue, and the service crew were great. The coordinators assigned to us are very nice and accommodating to all our requests and last minute changes, especially Kian. Our prenup photos and videos were awesome! Our prenup concept/idea was properly executed and we loved it! Kudos to Jasper and Ivan! We requested for them but a different team was assigned to us on our wedding. We got a little disappointed when we received our wedding video (6/19/19). They did not use the song that we requested. When we requested revision, it took them 3 weeks to send it back to us. They just changed the background song that's not even synced with the phasing of the video! The video looks very ordinary and it seems no enhancements or effects was used.I checked other wedding videos created by La Roa and it seems pretty much the same for all their wedding videos. So we are giving them 3 stars. - Mr. & Mrs. Abias

Your team is very accommodating, versatile, professional, kind and approachable as well. And the host is amazingly entertaining! My family and guests had fun. More powers! Good day! Thank you La Roa Event Management for making our wedding event (last February 09, 2020) especial and look elegant at the affordable price (Just Say I Do package-200k). The ceremony and reception set-up was great. Thank you so much Mr. Junnel Minalabag and to your team for the effort, you make our big day a dream came true. To be honest, for the sake of more improvement of the management event, some concerns were minimal, such as misunderstanding, miscommunication that some of our queries didn't receive a response or late response (though l understand that you were too busy on the daily events). l think the major problem that happened was during the prenup shoot, that our HMUA from la roa suddenly were not booked, though we availed it during the planning and preparations before the prenup day. And the photo shoot that supposed to be done in the late afternoon, end up evening. But despite of what happened, we still gave our trust to sir Junnel and his team towards to our wedding day. And like what he said and promised, he and his team did well that our expectation during the wedding was exceeded than what l expected. The set-up was beautiful and look elegant. Maybe the table location for the VIP is the only concern. But then, for me, everything was good and our wedding was great. Thank you so much sir Junnel and to your team for giving your best shot in our big day. Looking forward for our whole wedding coverage, and we hope, perfect shots.
