I want to report a manager named GRACE and one of the staff named ANGELICA. They are very rude staffs very unprofessional. They shouldn't hired on your company. They are not good staffs and educated people we know. They told us the result is only 2 weeks after 3 weeks we called them to have the result because they are not updating us regarding the result, then they told us something happened to the swab the result in inconclusive cannot find the real gender, so under go for another test but since it's holiday we still need to wait for another 2 weeks to 3 weeks. On the first place it's not our fault but since i have a lot of questions to ask, i called them but it seems they don't know how to treat well the applicants. THEY DON'T DESERVE TO TREAT A GOOD PEOPLE THEY MUST TERMINATE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.So now we will report to the Office of attorney regarding how rude people they treated their applicants.
