Another cozy third wave coffee shop within kapitolyo neighborhood. It is on the 3F of the east wing of Estancia Mall. They offer mostly international beans and customer can select his/her preferred brewing method. They also sell wide variety of home brewing equipment which is interesting and at a reasonable price point. Drawback of this cafe are less engaging barista and no wifi during weekends (which I did not bother to ask why.

The place is cozy and vibrant, and can get a bit noisy when full, as in any typical coffee shop. The barista, Christian, was friendly and quite helpful in giving suggestions on what brew style to use with the coffee bean origin I chose. The Ethiopia Sidamo origin I selected was ok. Aroma had a fruity and honey mix. Flavor was vegetal and steady though, nothing complex, with the slight bitterness I expected from its Medium Dark roast profile. Overall, still a good place to get your coffee fix.

Blue Wonder is a nice not so newly opened cafe in East Wing, Estancia. The place itself is very homey with elegance and serenity. Their cream puff is soooo much delicious. I swear it is-the three flavors! My new favorite. ️ What’s interesting with the coffee they have is that they have a lot variety of coffee beans from different places. When I visited, I tried their Blue wonder iced coffee (a mixture of chocolate & espresso) and its good but nothing exemplary. ️ So I’ll try next time the semi-artisan brewed coffee they are offerring. What they need to improve as an observation is the communication between the barista and the cashier. They missed our order. They are starting so its understandable.
