Problem with Subsidy Before we enroll we asked the school if applicable ba ang Voucher ng brother ko which is transferring from a public school (grade 11 1st sem) to private school (grade 11 2nd sem) And fortunately the school said Yes. After sabihin ng school na YES, they require us to submit requirements, as usual. So we submitted. Paying from 500 peso changes to 1000 pesos because of Mac Lab (take note never used since day 1) On Grade 12 1st sem final exam, the school did not allow my brother to take the exam and did not allow him to enrol for Grade 12 2nd sem because they said my brother is a transferee from public to private school. So, I visited the school to check on this. And asked the school to atleast allow him to take exam and enrol since we don’t want to let this student suffer from mistakes or short coming of this school. So, I have consulted Deped. But unfortunately the only solution they could give me is to pay the school and or with the help of court of law. Been working with them for 1 year now up until today,turning 2 years na. The school reason for this mistake is 1. The program is new 2. They’re business institution Despite deped knowing that this is a school shortcoming they still want us to pay the school na dapat subsidy na binabayaran ni deped sa school. And what happen is deped only inform the school for this and nothing else, the student suffers. Reason ni deped, private school daw kasi. Kung di clear sa school and program, ibig sabihin information transferred to parents/student is not proper. Pano po ito @deped. The school only explains, the student suffers. This is against their objective in coming up with this program.
