I stayed here for a year and a half. That's 3 contracts. Luckily I got the inner unit at the 2nd floor so it wasn't that hot in the room. The CR is of little space since the room is only 15 sqm.

I gave 1 star for this...the guard in the back side is too much inconsiderate the time that i visited this place when i go out since my friend is not with me already as i go out the guard never open for me and he advuce me to wait for someone who has the key card in order for me to come out...ist so embarrassing and very inconsiderate.will not comeback this place again
It's good for people who can only afford from 6 to 8k rent. It's good for at least 3 to 4 persons in 1 unit.
Love you all my life and I kisss you
This place is ideal for people who are on a budget. Monthly rate is around 7k to 9k. The 7k studio type room has it's own bathroom, a loft, and a terrace to dry your clothes. There's also an elevator inside the building. The place is surrounded by karinderyas, water shops, and laundry shops.
Overall place and ambience is nice. However frontdesk people should know how to show good customer service. The Man which I think is in charge overall on that place is so rude. I am now at my 2nd year here and the other tenants have the same problem which is the manager on the front desk on the part of Dominga. Because the manager on San Dejas part knows how to treat tenants well. I am currently searching a way on how to file a complaint and make sure that a superior would be able to find a solution. I don't want the manager to be handling it because he is the one who I will file a complaint with.
Small apartments. Accessible to Makati Business District and some Universities in Manila. Rent is affordable. No elevators on 1st to 4th floor.
Nice and clean apartment lofts. How do I get one? :)
