The guy processing the tickets was very slow and he looked like he was just fooling around. He would chat to other employees and did other unnecessary things before he did his job. It made me very frustrated! He always stops and chats before doing what's next so the line was very long and what made it worse was it was noon, It was so hot. The facility lack fans and when it's noon the sun's shine is directly where the seats are. The bathroom isn't that clean and the other sink isn't working. There's a lot of choices when it comes to food and drinks but their over priced but what do you expect?
