I love how seasoned all of their security staff are. The condo unit is old but still has class. I heard stories that the front was Marcos' office and had a grenade thrown at it. Since then they transferred. Parking is paid monthly. There are 15-minute-waiting parking spaces for vehicles at the lobby entrance. Parking in front of the building is not managed by the building admin but by the local govt./brgy. There's a pool and a gym that would pass as high end back in the 80s.
