Well i noticed that this place has no longer cinema. Instead food chain as your option to d ine in. There were few major restaurants you would notice. This place is an old establishment. Well you can go with our very own Jollibee. Well dont be surprise that starting this month if you need to have extra in your spaghetti or burger you need to pay extra which you will notice they only place few mayo in your burger.

No longer a cinema, but the building presently houses establishments such Chowking, Jollibee, Mercury Drugstore, Western Union, and a hardware. Locals still call the building "Spring". Jeepneys that go to Liberted, Evangelista, Landmark, M.Reyes, Dominga passes infront of the building along Arnaiz Ave.
