In terms of location, this place is very nice. It is close to everything. Other than that I don't recommend this place to anyone.
This is so far my worst experience getting an apartment using airbnb. This place is so terrible by all means 10 mins after checking in for 3 nights I had to cancel it. Everything about the place is so sctchy and very very very bad I had to loose 54 going through the cancellation I couldn't even look at my self. Entrance of the building is so scary and dark. Place is absolutely ridiculously bad. Unless you can stand some wired areas go there, otherwise I wouldn't encourage you rent here by an means. As a traveler I know what it means to not feel comfortable at all. Even the co-host told me to leave the keys whenever I don't want to come again. Host was good guy at least but he needs to clearly write disadvantages of his unit. It says entire condominium but there is a next door room where there is someone inside of it. As for me it was the worst experience and this is my first time writing a review.

This is an old building and even before we booked it in AIRBNB, it is mentioned in the description. The unit that we booked is OKAY for you to sleep, but we are at the highest floor, I think 22nd, and when there is a rain, its so noisy, splashing into the roof, and also the unit we booked has leaks in the ceiling. The facilities is so old, even the elevator is creepy and smelly. When bringing a car, there is a designated parking space inside the condo, better ask first the owner of the unit of the availability of the parking space.
This is a quite old building but I feel safer in this condominium.
