Good ambiance and it access to any transportation vehicle
Shell Residence is one of the first Condo Staycation very very close to MOA Mall of Asia. Book your travel stay here ! Because you won’t have to travel by taxi or jeep everything is a walking distance unless you are going somewhere else. The Condo has a lot of amenities downstairs that has convenience store (free delivery for 300pesos and above purchas), restaurants, ATM machines, nail hair salon, thai massage parlors (in room service), purified water service deliveries. The pools, gyms, and lobby use are all free depending on how you book it through trip advisor and Airbnb. You may call Uber or Grab, and taxi cabs and they will stop at the lobby drop off points. Just be aware some taxi cabs ask for fixed price at nights and when its traffic time because I understand they can end up stuck in traffic for 30minutes on a usual 5 minute ride. So just be courteous because for us its inexpensive but for them it kills their time and income. Shell Residence has neighboring sister condos including Shore residence being built now. Invest here while you can if! You can afford it. I think it’s worth is because I heard a Chinese investor who bought in 88 units here in the early days and now that investor is filthy rich! because the units increased! In value by 1000%! Wheew
We stayed at shell under Tiffany Rooms. I personally love the vibrant colour of her condo unit and how she maximizes it. The whole staycation trip has been heartwarming and fully enjoyed. Great quick catch up bonding for a whole family or for your peers. Thinking about food? There are different restaurants around the condo unit itself, and if you are planning to eat out MOA is just a minute of walk away.
Booked via phone, given a confirmation number and using credit card to reserve room but when arrived told need a room number and would not honor confirmation number - poor service - no attempt to assist and accommodate; went to competitor across the street - better price and better service I would not recommend this hotel.

Shell Residences... Let's just start by saying I had a fully paid stay for 2 weeks through airbnb and I voluntarily left 1 week in to stay somewhere else because I couldnt take it anymore. Shell is absolutely packed with rude foreign tourists from very specific places..I wont mention specific races.... Who come and go at all hours of the night, and like to use their outside voice in the hallways. The walls are paper thin, so I can hear anything at all that takes place in the hallway for up to a quarter mile away, and the Elevator........The F**** elevator chime ..... Goes off every 2-5 seconds of the entire day and night, its way louder than it needs to be, and echoes down the hall,right into rooms, and into my ears... 3 days into my stay a group of let's just say, Chinese... tourists got busted with multiple hookers and what must have been drugs or a dead body, cause the room was roped off after the police left.... That was special... 5 days into my stay I had my drunk and very angry ex... walk right past their security ...at 2am.., come upstairs while i was sleeping with my current GF and try to break the door down for 20 minutes. Security response was to have a conversation with my ex rather than removing her drunk ass from the building. Everything within the apartment itself was alright though. 4 stars for the apartment and 0 for the residence
