NEVER get PNB General Insurers Co., Inc. ... ... they will look for ways and reasons for your not to be able to avail your insurance claims even if it's valid!! My business owner family and friends.... we get insurance for peace of mind but with this company, you will just get a heart attack when something happens and all you will get is just a justification. Never have I experienced this with other insurance companies like Malayan Insurance (Philippines), Standard Insurance, Pioneer Insurance & Surety and others. NEVER AGAIN with this company. #WorstService #worstinsurance

Advertisement says that it gives fast service for car insurance services. Definitely not. The release of my LOA took 3 weeks from the promised 3 working days. As of now, they have not released the check for my car yet, which is now more than a week from the billing, that's why my car cannot be released yet from the casa. Following up is also very tedious. Phone lines are always not answered, staff cannot give definite answers and would even ask you to call at 5pm, when they are already closed. Highly not recommending this company for motor insurance.
I crashed our car which resulted to a dent. Out of panic I pulled out from the crash site and made another scratch at the other rear side. Then I immediately opened the side door to check my things inside where I hit the metal clothes hanger resulting to a scratch and a dent. PNBGen counted three incidences and charged me with three participations where I almost pay all the sevrvices charged for the repair. When I paid my participation, i found out PNBGen took all the discounts including that of the payments it did not make. We used to avail 5-10% discount for parts and supplies, and services from the car company but with the participation of PNBGen, I did not get the discount because it was all taken by the insurance. So disgusting ! Not worth patronizing ! Not worth recommending !
