Wheelchair-accessible entrance
This is a group of condo buildings under one management. The condos are expensive, both to rent and to own. There is a guarded main gate and each building has it's own guard. These units are older, need upkeep and renovations. The admin office is understaffed. If you are not a resident you will be required to submit a medical certificate before entering the gate (covid).

The guards were friendly whick makes you feel comfortable. The place is safe and hassle-free.
When we arrive the key was on the mail box - no one assisted us or explained to us what we should do or not - or endorsed the unit - with working appliances - ALl the appliances are working - Internet is good. We only have issue with the toilet - flush is not working. The place is clean - Aircon is good. They provide bottled water for us - already cold in the fridge. Thank you for the experience
loved the place,easy to go somewhere,near totje mall and market,specially the airport area.great place!
so many Chinese. I pity lobby guards because they don't have AC in the lobbies and the weather is hot.
Complete with a gym and swimming pool.
I like the place and the ambiance was perfect
