Perfect place to rest if departing from NAIA. The studio I stayed had every kind of amenity including washing machine, cooking utensils , iron box etc. Well furnished and maintained. walking distance from T3. T3 has shuttles to other terminals.

Arrived at 4pm Friday evening..Had all the conformation emails and yet when we arrived at security there was nothing to say we had booked for 4nights..After 3hrs of waiting still nothing..not even an apology for there over booking. Not impressed that I paid for an apartment and the had to pay for another apartment in a different location all because someone couldn't be bothered!! Waste of time and money..

After booking our stay at hotels dot com, and prepaying for it, when we arrived they couldn't find our reservation. After more than two hours they finally got a hold of \the boss\ and got permission to show us to our room. The water heater in the shower did not work during our stay. The chlothes washer and dryer in our room were out of order during our stay. The door key would lock the door but would not unlock it... Took the staff overall half hour to figure this out and give us a new key. There are armed security guards at every entrance and were very professional and helpful for us. A couple of guards gave some excellent suggestions for places to visit and dine in the area. I understand that it's not the staffs fault for the booking mess up and over all not a bad stay.
