I was in the ASUS event in 1 esplanade and was asked to go here since their terminal was broken and I need to swipe my card to this store to pay. While paying for a 20,000 php purchase, I clearly stated to the cashier that I wanted it divided into six months installment. Upon processing the payment, she pushed the order as straight payment. She voided the transaction and left me no choice on paying anymore as returning credit availablility can only be done on a banking day and it was a saturday and also that the left credit availability on my card wouldn't reach for another 20000 pesos. They gave me another option of paying with a different card but the purpose of me using that specific card was due to my rewards and my card's due date. They asked me to get it on monday instead. So what's the purpose of me going there anyway? My goal was to get my new phone, pay for it, end of story. But obviously, I can no longer purchase the product since I don't have the sufficient funds any longer to pay for it since the credit on my account was put on hold due to her mistake. The simple 2 mins of paying took us 4 hours of nonsense. They were asking me to return on monday which is a big inconvenience to me since this is their fault and not mine. In the end, I had no other choice but to use my other credit card which I didn't personallu prefer using at all. From the start, my card had no issues whatsoever and if only that cashier did her job right, I wouldn't have been given a big burden that i had to endure the whole night. With the horrible service they did, they did not even compensated me with the huge mess they caused me and I was the one who had to adjust to their fault just for me to get the item I wanted to buy on that event.
Don't have the best seller xps 15. The girl just said o have \ like if we were in Thailand.. Is it really a official Dell store?
