Very nice apartment that was extremely close to the airport. Very clean. In fact if you land in Terminal three there is a walkway over the highway and from there you can get to the apartment. Or just take a taxi if you have big bags - cost us 75 pesos. Make sure they put the meter on. The taxi driver wanted to charge us 500pesos to go 900m.
Best place to get a monthly rental when available. independently owned units are privately owned you can get this offline you don't have to go here you can do this online with independent. Units are individually owned. Very clean very secure and convenient. I walk from the terminal three at the airport.
Very nice selection of food outlets with some very goodninteriors. Parking is also ample.

Their staff arent that accomodating. They did not provide proper instructions on their process especially the receptionist. If you r planning to book this as your airbnb, pls make sure that your host would provide you with a concise instructions coz this place doesn't have accomodating staff.
Convenient and the people/ employees ( security and concierge) are hospitable and humble.
