Vegetables are cheap n fresh. To be more exact, mostly everything is fresh n at reasonable price. This is one of my favorite place to go. It always make my day.

Lots of fresh vegetable and meat stalls here at fantastic value. Well worth getting up early for a bargain on locally sourced produce.
Most of the fresh seafood, meat, vegetable and most of groceries you can get there.... Only problem is parking, all food are nice to eat

It's the most impoertant wet market in Penang island. It has almost all varieties and fresh produce from local orchards. Some wildlife also available. For example, frogs, big lizards and boars can be found. Parking is a problem. It is a good experience for visitors to really soak in to the wet market ambience of Penang.
I guess i went too late that some raw fresh stuff ie certain types of fish and some veges has run out of stock or was never supplied/ie never stocked
