While handling our escrow procedures and paperwork, Laurel, Suzie and the entire Old Town Escrow Team have demonstrated a highest degree of professionalism, courtesy and integrity. It was our first property to buy , so, naturally, we had tons of questions and inquiries. ALL of them had been answered in a very timely and professional manner, all the mammoth-sized paperwork had been handled very accurately, not a single clerical error, not a single human mistake, not a single missed paper. All my phone calls were answered right away, all my inquiries were followed up in the same day. And, what's most important, the escrow was closed exactly in the same day as it was planned from the very beginning.
