The food is good, but pricey as many have said. Management is a mess. I phone ordered pick up during COVID, and was told it will be ready in 10-15mins. Of course, the pot only came out after 30min. And they had issues with payment for the lady before me, taking another 10min. So I had to wait for 20min after they said everything should be ready. It didn't end there. I asked for no spicy for one of the pot, and it was marked so on the lid, but it was spicy and there was red chilly oil in the soup. Will never visit again

From the first moment you arrive in that place they give you an agreeable feeling. Very courteous hosts, it is a nice restaurant to pass time with friends and colleagues or with your date. Great cooking, experienced chef, decent pay and attentive service. Highly recommended.

Loved this place! Portions are pretty small (but reasonable), which I don't mind because it means I get to try more dishes! I came here for lunch with a friend, and I feel like we got to try a good portion of the menu.

Pros Nice location, close to Old Town Pasadena which has a ton of clothing stores, restaurants and coffee shops Decent service Quick service Cons Expensive for a pre cooked hot pot meal. My lamb lunch came out to 18 and that was with no drinks etc Flavor was average: being pre cooked, it doesn't taste as fresh as hotpot should be Gets busy quickly - I advise coming close to opening
