Bought some mudflaps from this companies eBay site. Despite \Derrick\ confirming that they where the correct ones for my vehicle, when received they did not fit. Contacted Derrick and asked me to return them and I would be refunded, I enquired about my postage costs and he told me to include the invoice in the paperwork which I did. Refund for items paid into my PayPal account but no postage costs. Numerous phone over the last three months to Derrick and Melissa along with an email have not helped me achieve my refund. 7.76 out of pocket through no fault of mine. Despite assurances I it would be looked into I have heard nothing. Customer service. None existent.
