Partridges is a 'must visit' on our annual trip to the area. This place gets better every time we come. The menu is vast with so much temptation. Team were helpful and delightful, what a well run business!

I'm 100% certain this comment will be removed as this place is so far up their own backsides and can't take a single bit of criticism, but here goes. Customer Service: in a word? awful. can't take criticism nor suggestion. i recently commented on a facebook post of theirs suggesting ways they could reduce the likelihood of them spreading the virus, since they insist on being open despite the fact that nothing they sell is deemed essential. they're just trying to up profits amidst turmoil. it was a reasonable, friendly, lighthearted comment, but of course they removed it because they know for a fact they shouldn't be open. all of this because a few years ago they sold me a sub-standard Hot Chocolate and i told them it was awful. they're so massively stuck up that they can't bear to hear any criticism about their terrible shop. AVOID.
Brilliant grub and we all love their waffles and ice cream!
