Excellent opticians. I have been a patient for over 20 years and have always received extremely professional and friendly service from the optometrists and all of the staff. I am extremely short-sighted and have various other complications and they have always gone the extra mile to find the best solution for me with both glasses and contact lenses. Although we moved away from Newport some time ago, we continue to travel there for eye tests as we have not found another optician offering the same level of service. I am also extremely impressed by their efforts to safeguard patients and staff during the current crisis.

I used to go there years ago but never again. As someone who has photosensitive epilepsy the way they go around doing eye tests is absolutely ridiculous. The last time I went there I nearly had 4 seizures while at the opticians as they thought it was a good idea to repetitively flash lights in my face knowing my condition. Ever since then I have never gone back and I dont ever intend to
A really friendly and professional practice. I had some issues with cataracts which were quickly identified and I was then immediately referred onto a consultant. Highly recommended!
