The technician was very skilled and knew what he was doing, but they are very sneaky with over charging hours. Charge 90/h to travel to you plus gas, plus WSIB is charged extra under a vague charge with no details as to why. If you don't have Video proof they deny any of your claims, had proof that the technician only worked 1 hour and drove 1 hour charged 3 1/2, reasoning was they charge full to write the invoice and I can't prove he didn't take an hour and a half. invoice was reduced by 1/2 hour but still discouraging and dishonest. When I told them there answer was \your comments are noted\ Again, the technician did good work but make sure you ask exactly how much they charge and how far he is travelling. Only use them if absolutely necessary are be careful!
I agree with the previous review (Chef Henrie Thoeringer) very professional while sneaky /shady invoicing practices hard to find honest refrigeration contractors
