Friendly staff and amazing service! The only place I go to do my taxes every year.
I just had a horrible experience with H&R Block and I don't really know what to do or how to fix it. After missing an appointment there to go over and do my 2017 taxes I was told I could drop them off, so I did. When I returned to make an appointment with the woman who did my taxes, they couldn't find them, and kept calling me by the wrong first name. Then they told me they went a head and did 2018 taxes which I had not dropped off or gave permission to do. They said they pulled the info off line, so now I don't even know if either year is right, or if they included property taxes. I also did not get back some major receipts, medical ones so also do not know if they were used. Live alone and sure can not afford to pay the CRA what they say I owe. Anybody know what I can do?
Not the best service. They don’t even know what time they are open till. Did taxes on a Saturday and told me they were open till 6pm on money (which the website also says) and their doors were locked at 515
I have had H&R block for my taxes since 2015, every year I somehow owe the goverment that SAME MONEY BACK IF NOT MORE! Horrible buisness! They only care about their commission!
