Purchased two hot plates with heated gantries from Caterquick. Opened the boxes at an event for the first time and one of the switches was faulty. We had to tape the switch on to keep the unit working. Called Caterquick and neither they nor Parry will do anything about it. This is a 2 part!! You can buy thus kind of stuff from a million places - my advice is don’t buy Parry and don’t use Caterquick.

Waste of time tec support Equipment great but if it goes wrong forget it

I purchased a parry gas fryer for my catering van and within 2 months it wouldn't work. When I enquired as to how to get it fixed I was told that the warranty didn't include catering vans so to get it fixed I have to pay an engineer to identify the problem and then wait for new parts. I then have to pay an engineer again to fit the parts!!!
