Average food in the Bistro section. Too expensive for what you get. I noticed that many of the other reviews on the Bistro had similar comments. I had the steak and it was not horrible but not amazing either. The staff were friendly but there was one lady left alone to take orders and serve. However I must say their website is very professional and appealing. Overall it was a mediocre experience.
We took our family of 5 adults and 4 children to the bistro, all staff were absolutely fantastic, friendly and helpful. We also had coffee for the adults and hot chocolate for the kids and the staff were so friendly I us all and the kids. Highly recommend this venue and we will be back again
Real nice Clean and professional High standard if cleaness. Bistro food was really nice and well priced.
We were there for Yum cha this is the first time we have been since the COVID lockdown. The staff followed all the rules and the food was delicious. Will be back soon as this is the best Yum cha restaurant outside of Chinatown.
Tried the Bistro food and the chips my son had was yummy. However the rump steak I had was overcooked. Probably one of the worse steaks I have ever tasted. I noticed the person on next table returning his steak to the waitstaff. For the 28 price tag you would expect much better quality steak.
Came to Jacks Brewery to try their flavours. Bar/brewery closed. Sterlo's bar only has Summer Ale on tap & the Pale Ale is in a can, would of like to try the others, but not available. To me it was disappointing. But will come back one day to try the other.
Had a fantastic experience my wife and I became members of the club there was a lovely staff member whose name is Karen who helped us with filling out the forms and getting our photos done she was awesome,friendly and very helpful and we were made to feel very welcomed we are going to enjoy coming to the club
