Loved the ambience of the restaurant. They had a happy hour on cocktails and loved the cocktails. Very friendly service. Left the restaurant satisfied and a little drunk I must say with the amount of cocktails I had during the happy hour (drink responsibly). Great overall experience.

Had an amazing time at Alex & Co. Food was great, service was even better. The atmosphere was also wonderful. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for events, dinners, drinks, etc. Thanks to Naomi and her team.
Pizzas taste great, but they definitely need to work on their timing... We ordered 4 meals... The first meal came about 25 minutes after ordering, then the second and third meal were about 10 minutes after that, and my meal was another 10 minutes after that!! The others had finished their meals before I even got mine!! Edit: In response to the "response from the owner". We were told we needed to use the QR code table ordering system... We definitely didn't order at the bar! We all ordered within about a minute or two of each other. Oddly enough - the person who ordered LAST, was the one who got their pizza first! So - not in 'docket' order... Perhaps you could look into implementing a system where staff could check that if multiple orders come through within a minute or so of each other at the same TABLE, to group them so the orders all go out at once?
We always love coming here since it first opened in Parramatta! We love the new order yourself via the QR code at the table! Lamb shoulder is our absolute favourite! Our daughters felt extra special with the fancy mocktails. Staff are always helpful and welcoming
Lovely ambience and great food! I must say service was fantastic and so on time. I loved their drinks. We had Splice, sunset delight and Mango passion out of which Mango one was amazing! Their chicken was well cooked and fries were fresh and hot. Will love to come back again.
Food came very quick for a busy Saturday night but and the food tasted good. But the cocktails were absolutely useless they tasted as if they had no alcohol. For the price we paid the shared cocktails were not worth it at all as we couldn't tasted any alcohol and was more like juice. Would not recommend it. Overall okay experience but drinks wise i would have had a better experience elsewhere.
Went to Alex&co with our friends. Waitress said she would bring more menus & didn't. Ordered through the QR code at the table because wait staff just never showed up after us sitting for 20 minutes. Hubby and my food came out. No serving spoon provided after we told them we were going to share. Tasted great. Our friends however waited 50 minutes for their food to come out because somehow the resturant system "malfunctioned" and they didn't see their order. A specific dish they ordered was finished and they couldn't provide it to us so they provided us with sweet potato fries instead!? Didn't even get the option for a proper dish! Cocktails were nice. Truffle gnocchi was nice. Wait staff, not great. Manager a little rude. Would I go back? Unlikely.
Did some shared plates, squid, sashimi, tacos and fries all excellent with good cocktails. Bit on the pricey side. Is an order and pay at the bar deal, which considering the person taking orders also has to make the cocktail caused quite a queue to form at one point to order.
