Cleveland Airport Taxi Tommy & Car Service

I’ve rode to the airport with Tommy several times. Each time his rates are more than fair especially compared to the competition. His car is plenty spacious for 3 large bags and way more. Tommy clearly loves what he does and loves his city. He’s always been friendly and helpful. These other comments on here are mainly from the airport’s own taxi service. You won’t be disappointed if you get a ride with him.

Tommy is old school Always early Never late. His long distance rates are reasonable. I love his big comfortable Lincoln Towncar Mint Condition! He is fun to ride with. He has many stories. In fact he wrote a book! Highly Recommend!

Professional driver Very relieable Been using Tommy 3 years He is always early. Takes pride in his job. He loves Cleveland and knows all there is to know about Cleveland including the history. Enjoyable ride and conversation. He also drives my Mom to and from the hospital. Tommy is the Best in Cleveland! He also wrote a story book!

As a Cleveland based organization, we favor small business owners as third-party vendors. We arranged in advance for a visitor to be picked up and dropped off from the airport via Cleveland Airport Taxi. Moving forward, we will not be a returning customer. Our visitor experienced one of the lowest levels of customer service imaginable. When the driver arrived back to pick up our visitor, he used explicit language, in addition to unsafe measures to transport this individual to the airport. We do not recommend doing business with Tommy.
