The burgers and fries were very good! Our server was friendly and knowledgeable. The Fist Smash cocktail was an unexpected delight! I'd never tried anything with shrub before and was a bit tentative. Our server assured me that all the cocktails were expertly mixed and I would not taste vinegar. I trusted her and so glad I did! It was exceptional and perhaps the most complex taste cocktail I have ever had. First the bitterness of the shrub, followed quickly by the smoothness of the whiskey, then the spicy cardamon. There were other cocktails that sounded good, it will be difficult to decide when I return. The ladies room does need some attention. Stall did not lock so had to hold door shut the entire time (very awkward) and soap was nearly out.

My friends and I tried this place because we heard that they have the best burgers in town. I was also cautiously optimistic because whenever I go to any restaurant know for their signature food item they always seem to cut corners on everything else. I got their Parlour Burger and added a friend egg and bacon. It was amazing considering that it was just meat and cheese! The sign of a good burger is that it doesn't rely on 10 extra fixings to be delicious. My extras definitely leveled up my burger, but I would've been just as happy without them. The bread and butter pickles were flavorful, crunchy, and generous! And the hand cut fries were awesome too - crispy outside, soft inside, and perfectly seasoned. The staff was super friendly and our food arrived surprisingly quickly, but it was also 10:30 a.m. on a Saturday. I couldn't find any fault with anything. My whole experience was just that good!
This is the best burger in Minnesota hands down. We have visited many times and it’s such a treat every time. For dining in, their cocktail menu is amazing. Something for everyone. They also do a phenomenal job with takeout orders.
The burger here is the absolute highlight of Parlour Bar's kind of small, but satisfying menu. Beef Stroganoff was lacking flavor and some of the cuts of meat were a little tough and chewy. Dessert was this absolutely delicious banana pie with caramel and a little banana with some caramelized sugar on it. Definitely a must if you're in downtown Saint Paul!
Extremely great customer service, and I can't stress that enough. Really cool location. The food was kind of the issue, the menu was small and kind of all over the place, and was a little pricey for what you got in my opinion. Overall good experience, but has a little room for improvement.
