Parkway Volkswagen (Derby)

The process of purchasing the car under the current covid lockdown was extremely well managed by the dealership. The car was as described and the click and collect service was faultless. Many thanks to all concerned. Would recommend.

Excellent customer journey from the start. Especially given the current situation with Covid 19. A pleasure to deal with and would highly recommend. They took customer safety seriously. Good communication via telephone and email.

From start to finish the process of buying my new car from Volkswagen Parkway has been fantastic! Kyle & Hasan looked after me every step of the way and anything I asked for wasn’t a problem at all. I would definitely recommend this garage/company to buy your car from. To say I couldn’t see the vehicle until collection day I’ve been kept updated with videos and pictures of the vehicle to make my collection of as simple and safe as possible in this climate. Thanks again Kyle & Hasan for your help it has been much appreciated! Definitely a 5 star service! Kind regards Dawn

An excellent experience from start to finish. Josh has been an exemplary ambassador for Parkway. First made an enquiry about my VW Arteon on the Sunday and picked it up the following Sunday... lovely car great experience. Josh was available pretty much around the clock which fitted in with my busy and hectic//erratic work schedule perfectly. Looking forward to building a successful and long term relationship with this Volkswagen Dealership going forward. As well as this Josh has assured me he’ll be willing to make, fit and secure my private plate when the V5C arrives. Great job.
