What chip shop charges 10p to put the food in? I’m appalled. Carrying knives, forks serviettes, boxes separate is not ideal really is it? If your driving which I was you are putting it on the backseat to spill everywhere. Even walking home with it ? Going cold. I have never in my life known a chip shop to charge this. Greedy! Especially during these uncertain times. Won’t be returning and was the first time I visited. Greasy fish and small portions.

Typical for a fish and chip shop - fair prices for decent food. Been here dozens of times and never got a bad meal.

Wow. Have had fish and chips here a few times over the last 10 years or so. My mum loves her fish and chips! Enjoyed fish and chips here twice in the last fortnight and they have been the best ever. Chips light and fluffy on the inside, a slight crunch on the outside, fish perfectly fried. And as an NHS employee it's great to see the owners giving us a very generous discount to show their support. The least I can do is show mine
Really lovely food. Fish, burgers, pies and chips all cooked perfectly. We check previous reviews as we didn't know the area well and we were not disappointed. Definitely recommended and we will use again next time we are in Poole.
