We've dined in person 2-3 times over the years and after moving to Menomonee Falls, we've gotten take out a couple of times during covid since they are so close. I was impressed both times with the to go orders; very good quality and meals were super tasty. I recommend the meatloaf! We dined again in person recently for the first time in a long time and although I really loved the spinach and artichoke dip and the old fashioned flight (super creative, haven't seen that before), I was disappointed in my entree. Tried the newer duck entree and the duck itself was a very small portion, about 5-6 small pieces and they were overcooked. Duck is most commonly served medium with the fat rendered off and this was well done, no pink to be seen. It was served with baked brie but the brie was all melted and not appetizing at all. It looked like a ramekin of melted butter with puff pastry on top. I attempted to eat some but it was not very enjoyable. Brie is normally very melty/gooey but this was very soupy in texture. I think it was cooked too long/too hot so the brie just turned to mush. I wish they had taken the brie and baked it inside the puff pastry with a preserve of some kind. Desserts were good, surprisingly large portions; we definitely should have shared. Very friendly wait staff.

We have been hearing about Parkside for several years now and finally got around to trying it about two months ago. We have been back twice since then - if that doesn't give a clue as to how much we love it. Each time we have gone, we have ordered multiple things on the menu and each time, we decided we love this place even more. The atmosphere is perfect. The service is even better (Alex, their bartender is awesome!). Just all-around incredible. This place is a MUST if you haven't tried it yet!!! We can't wait to visit in the summer when there is patio seating!
Service was excellent! Amish Chicken awesome! We love the Milwaukee room to visit with friends! Perfect without music! One time dining with friends we request ed three times to turn the music down. Much too loud to visit!! Young girls at the desk turned it back up later when others arrived. So last night no music was perfect. Live the food and catching up with friends!!!!
Went to PS23 for one of their famous farm suppers I’ve heard so much about. Wasn’t really sure what to expect, but it ended being absolutely one of the best nights of the summer! You start off the night right, getting handed a freshly crafted cocktail as you walk in before meeting the farmer John. John was great, very knowledgeable and entertaining to listen to and learn about the Parkside farm process. The process works too, each course was better than the last and the wine and beer kept appearing even faster than we needed since we were all having such a good time. The food, the setting, the drinks, and the hosts all combined for one of the most memorable nights of the summer. There’s something special about the Parkside experience and I recommend it to all!
We both had outstanding meals. The atmosphere and service were spot on. Aaron, our server, did an exceptional job. Social distance spacing was perfect, everyone was really spread out. It was a great night and we will definitely return.
