Picked up my new car today from Parks, first rate from start to finish. Stephen Pioli was fantastic, he knows his stuff and was extremely good at explaining the different models taking time to understand my needs from a car and ensuring I settled on something I really liked. Throughout the buying process I never felt pressured into a sale which I have experienced with other dealers. Would highly recommend Parks Dacia Ayr, and especially sales advisor Stephen Pioli who made the whole trading in and buying a new car the best experience I have ever had, his knowledge and patience (cause we asked silly questions) was outstanding he answered everything with a smile, the service was outstanding, the attention to detail was really good and the quality of the deal was great, when the time comes again we will certainly go back to Parks again, thanks again and well done it was a pleasure dealing with Stephen he is a credit to the company.
