Wheelchair-accessible entrance
The parking was locked at 8pm. The ticket would not open the night entrance. Had it not be some a business on the square having the code to the door my car would have been stuck there overnight. What a joke!

No idea about the parking as I don't drive. But a very pleasant square/park. Nice rest stop on way back from Le Cite.
Easy system
I didn't know it was a car park, I was out walking and found it a lovely place to sit down for a break. Kept neat and tidy

Carcassonne being a popular tourist city I find the underground parking very convenient and also not that expensive, there are three underground parking here, never normally full I just find the nearest to my destination
