From sad to super, Parkers was recommended and paid for via my insurance after an accident. Throughout the absolute mess that was insurance decisions, Parkers staff were friendly and patient. Extra thanks to your lovely receptionist who made me feel a lot more at ease about the situation when dealing directly with you. I'm grateful for your great work and that you cleaned my gross car inside and out.

Do not use this place the staff or the manager is very rude i went to pick up my car from them when i drove out of the place my car started smoke out very heavily from back exhaust so i took it back to get a understanding of what has happened or whats going on and the main manger came out he didn't even let me speak his first approach was we didn't touch your engine so go get out of here i was shocked and surprised how he spoke to me i said to him my car didnt have this issue when it came in here but he didn't want to here anything kept telling me not going to stand here and talk about why your is smoking we just did body work on it so go away from here in a very rude manner i was gob smacked how he was so unprofessional and rude my wife pulledout her fone to record him so he went back in. Please do not use this place i have filed a complaint with the insurance company i hope this review help you to decide before using them.

Chose Parkers from AXA insurance list ..they updated us 3 times while repairing the rear end shunt damage to our Honda.Repair job was excellent as was the service..even washed the car it looked like it came from a showroom. Big up to Parkers would highly recommend them

Left rear quarter panel from my BMW F30 needed repair, Admiral suggested this repair centre. Had my car there for 5 weeks, received Kia Picanto as courtesy car. Damaged panel had been cut out, new one welded and painted, also new bumper installed. Painting job on the outside very good, paint looks same on every point on the car, basically it look spotless after repair. Without paint tickness sensor no one will see the difference, unless he is proffessional and he starts looking deeper (under plastic covers in the trunk and under bumper you can see signs of painting which was not done by factory - see photos). Trunk cover was changed also and my spoiler was removed from old one and sticked to new one, it was not done in the best way, spoiler is sticking out about 0.5cm too much and leftovers of tape can be seen under it. I was going to change it anyway so I'll pass with that. Car was cleaned after repair outside&inside. Overall I am very happy with the hard work all the people have done there with my car and I can recommend this garage to anyone!
