From the front desk clerk, to the scheduling coordinator, to the dental assistant and Dr. Castillo himself, the staff at Park View treated me with the utmost respect and kindness. I only needed a retainer replacement, but they warmly welcomed me, educated me on each of my options, thoroughly explained a plan for replacement and carried out the process very professionally and with great detail. If I should ever need any further orthodontic treatment I will not hesitate to return, and I would highly recommend Dr. Castillo and his wonderful staff if you are considering treatment yourself.
