Highly recommended this veterinary practice... Everything explained with detail and a very caring service. Though treatment with my cat, Iggy is only part way through, I know my mini black panther is being lovingly looked after by true professionals.

I booked my 2 kittens in for a castration and the whole process from start to finish was faultless. The communication was great, everything was explained to me in full over the phone with follow up emails confirming everything i had been told. The vets / nurses were very thorough and their Covid safety measures were faultless too. The vets / nurses that i personally dealt with clearly had a passion for looking after / caring for animals and I felt reassured that my kittens were in good hands! The procedure went as planned and my kittens made a full recovery in the specified time frame and made me feel comfortable knowing that i can get back in contact any time should i have any issues (which i did - one of the kittens wasn't himself so a precautionary appointment was issued to me last minute for peace of mind) It's a shame to see some 1* reviews and understand that everyone's experience will be different but luckily, i was one of those who had a faultless experience from start to finish and i think the pricing for the services i opted for were very reasonable given the level of care and professionalism i received. Thanks again to the Park Veterinary Clinic staff for all of your help.
My first time with a puppy & nothing they did or said garnered any level of trust. Their contact with me seemed rushed…the vet appeared to be all about the money. I received no feedback or any form of update on what had transpired. I was given out of date medicine that I had to return in order to gain a replacement. Their only saving grace, to my knowledge, was the lovely receptionist, helpful and appearing to have the time to answer and offer reassurance to questions. Sadly, I would never return to this place nor would I recommend, despite my lack of experience, to anyone local. I have since read an adequate level of reviews I am only sorry I did not do beforehand!
Great place! Welcoming, they take good care of your Pets. The staff they are so nice and easy to communicate with, especially the booking services.
Literally just off the phone with a very unhelpful worker, we were not told if we don’t vaccinate our pet after the first vacs that we would have to repeat the process all over again after paying 45 for the first & have to repeat it & then again another round 4 weeks later it could have all been avoided with clear explanation at the first visit. If you want caring vets that are not thinking of the sign go anywhere but here, oh and if you want to complain it has to be in writing no email or speaking to the manager....here’s my complaint Park veterinary service, I’d never use your service again & would suggest potential future clients to look elsewhere! *I’m not even responding under your unhelpful feedback @parkveterinaryservices it only took you FOUR MONTHS to reply I’ve responded within half an hour & I too run a business
