Let me first say that the food is excellent, the best chips for miles around by far! However.. DO NOT order on line or by phone. Orders on line have a service charge, and you still have to join the queue when you arrive, and your order is not prepared until you are at the front, so no time is saved. If you mention this to the staff, they tell you \go somewhere else if you don't want to queue\.. They then get ruder.. A lovely way to treat customers. 5 star food, 2 star service. Don't order ahead, join the queue and save your service charge, and do not interact with the staff unless you want to be insulted.

Went for lunch with the family, we ate in, great good, well presented in clean modern surroundings, really friendly and helpful staff. As a bonus there is a good park is just over the road for exercise after or working up an appetite before!

We order on line and its ready within 10/15 mins. Best chip shop we've found in Street. Gluten free options are available every day until 8pm. Has someone who suffers with coeliac diease it's great to have that option as a takeaway.
