New owners have ruined it. Horrible customer service. Fish and chips were soaked in salt and vinegar, rendering them inedible. They refused to replace them, after initially agreeing to over the phone. Will certainly not be back. Tenby Fish and Chips are better anyway. Highly recommend them, when they open back up!

Excellent place to have authentic fish and chips. Food was served hot n fresh. Place is clean and tidy. Friendly staffs with quality service. Definitely would visit again.
The best chips I've had in a long time! Fish bites (which were ruddy huge, boneless and crisp) with medium chips for 4.50.. This chippy has held a place in mine and my families hearts since taking holidays to tenby 10 years ago - thanks for keeping the great quality still going!
Used to go here all the time went tonight won't be going back it was like having a child portion of chips must of been about 25 chips not happy with them waited 15 mins when there were 3 people in there and 9 staff behind the counter NOT WEARING FACEMASKS at all and food exchanging between 8 HANDS will not be recommending them again will be going to OH My COD This place used to be the best till they were taken over by the new owners and their food supplier has changed no taste in the food what so ever Would give 0 stars
