I have used Park Issa for all my cats so for at least 20yrs now ... I've never had any problems & have always found the staff friendly & extremely helpful. A big plus for me is that at those really difficult & sad times that you loose a beloved pet they are always so kind & understanding. I will never use another vet as they really are the best for me & wouldn't trust my cats with anyone else

My dog has aggression issues and the staff are amazing and tries makes his visits stress free. The best vets we've ever been to.
I had to take my dog in a few weeks back out of hours, he had a ruptured tumour. They were very quick to diagnose, very considerate and genuinely cared. He stayed in for a spleen removal and the aftercare was incredible. They kept me informed with updates multiple times a day. Unfortunately another tumour ruptured and he had to be put to sleep. The vets again were caring and understanding. Giving us plenty of time to say our good byes and made it very peaceful. They treat us all with great respect and most importantly my dog with respect the entire time. Thank you for the card you sent out to us. It means a lot. We can't thank you enough for the time and care you put into treating Thor. I would recommend this vet to everyone and anyone who is looking for a practice. Thank You Karl and Anthony
Everyone at the practice is so kind and helpful . Nothing is too much trouble , from a helpful voice answering the phone ,to each vet we’ve seen. Thankyou to vet Kim especially. Thankyou for caring for my little Lhasa apso .
Covid-19 secure steps in place so vet collects your pet from your car and later returns them to your car. You still go inside the building to pay, wearing your mask. Free car parking right outside. The practice is housed within a beautiful old building. Some vets are very pleasant and helpful but some are a bit prickly so it depends on who you see.
