A FUIR ! A friend of mine booked a massage for me in this \spa\. Unfortunately I had to cancel my appointment because I was blocked in the metro for 20 minutes and knew that I could not arrive in time, so I called and canceled my reservation. The woman at the phone confirmed my cancelation and I thought everything was all good. However, when my friend went to have his own massage (same time as mine) , the owner made him pay also for my reservation, FULL CHARGE! Even if I did not go and even if I had previously canceled the appointment!!! I called again to understand what was happening, thinking that there must have been a misunderstanding. The woman told me that they only cancel free of charge up to 3 hours before the appointment. Of course, she said this not in the first phone call, but after my friend already payed!!!! Also, no mention of this ule\ in their website!!!! ABSURD!!! Never heard something like this before but apparently it's the way they think they can get customers!!! I see from other comments that I am not alone in thinking that this type of behavior is not acceptable. Of course, they will NEVER see me there!

L’endroit dépayse!!! Une agréable odeur d’huile essentielle, un accueil agréable avec du personnel souriant. La prestation est à la hauteur Aujourd’hui massage pour toute la famille, sur réservation bien sûre car le salon est pris d’assaut pour les fêtes de fin d’année. Cela fait maintenant plusieurs mois que nous nous offrons un moment de détente chaque dimanche. Michel, le patron est toujours à l’écoute de ses clients et de son personnel... Allez-y sans hésitation !
Excellente prestation et le masseuse a été à l'écoute et très professionnelle ! Les mesures sanitaires sont bien respectées, douche obligatoire, absolument logique surtout dans les conditions sanitaires dans lesquelles nous vivons actuellement. Le fait de vous donner des chaussons à usage unique est très appréciable. La propreté du salon impeccable. Pour le reste, rien à dire : l'accueil parfait, musique douce et calme. Quant à la prestation, j'ai opté pour un massage pour sportif...une revitalisation notable! Merci beaucoup ! Enfin de vrai massage thaïlandais. JE RECOMMANDE..A faire ou à refaire sans modération!!!
