I got my scooter here two years and I'm really happy with it. Also they have a garage so I can stop in if I need help with anything. The guys are always friendly and do a good job with repairs and tune ups. And they don't make me leave the scooter if it's possible, to do a quick repair while I wait. I've never felt like I was a sucker at this place. The staff seem to really want you to get what you'll be happy with and not just trying to get you to part with your hard earned money. When this scooter retires, I'll certainly go back to Urgence Scooters to start my search for another.
