I loved the atmosphere and range of products. Everything was setup for someone to browse through and try equipment and really learn about it. Unfortunately I don’t speak French so I couldn’t engage very well with the staff.
Super pro, awesome sellers, they know their job and all the references, super fast too. I got my Beyerdynamic dt770 from them but had to come back for the velour ear pads when I realized they were not included by Beyerdynamic...

A new opportunity arose to enter a music store hoping that the vendors would be serious, patient and kind. Unfortunately, it was not like that, again the same: frustrated musicians with a bad character, unable to help and ultimately sell their products. It is the second time I go to univers-sons and I had exactly the same experience as the first time. I will definitely not go back and make sure to convey this to all the people I know.
