I am having my brand new plug in hybrid delivered today and it reminded me why I ended up buying it instead of Tesla. Not because Tesla is not a fantastic car, not because I dont believe in the future of electric cars, but simply because this Tesla showroom has one of the worst \senior\ sales people I have ever encountered (The showroom staff are actually wonderful). I have sent inquiry after inquiry to get some information from them regarding purchasing a Tesla as a diplomat in Paris, I have past by in person multiple times and left contact details and was promised a call back, an email with more information, some answers and support \tomorrow morning latest\. You know how much of that was true? - zero! Z E R O. I got tired of such bad service and got another car. Tesla is still a great vehicle but when model Y comes out, I wonder how much of a sales bottleneck these people would become. Pity.

Besides the gorgeous cars, the staff is also very friendly and helpful. As a stranded Tesla driver in Paris I was welcomed and helped swiftly and without hesitation. Great service!
