Not being able to speak French and no understanding of the law it was a very stressful time for me . As soon as I had contact with Stéphane I felt reassured that he could help me through my case . He explained everything to me extremely well and how the system worked . The advice he gave me was perfect.He prepaid me mentally explaining how the court worked , the layout and the system of judgement , which helped me not to be so fearful . Prise en charge rapide et efficace de ma requête en effacement du TAJ pour le renouvèlement de ma carte du CNAPS, bloquée à cause d’un vieil antécédent datant de cinq ans. J’ai d’abord dû répondre à beaucoup de questions par téléphone sur ma situation. Puis on m’a demandé de communiquer de nombreux documents qui ont été joints à la demande d’effacement. J’ai ensuite été tenu informé de chaque étape jusqu’a la décision positive. J’ai enfin pu renouveler ma carte du CNAPS bloquée depuis six mois.
