No security at the parking. We paid 30 euros for 7 hours and we found that somebody had broke our window. And of course after that 2 hours at the police station and non responsible from the parking company to help us. The car had Belgian number plates. And also the elevator don't work.
Contrary to what was displayed at the entrance, there were no parking spots left. Just lost 15 minutes for nothing.
Unbelievable experience! We parked there, unload my wheelchair just to find that both lifts are out of order. We returned to the car and when wanted to exit, instead of an a apology, the staff guy ask to pay 1 euro that we can exit. He was arguing with my husband, we had to call a special number and after losing a lot of time, he finally open the barrier for us.
The security counts for nothing! My car was broken into (side widow smashed, glass all over the place) because, I believe, it had UK plates. The company was completely unhelpful and even tried to charge me extra (it took me over an hour to make the car drivable). I wrote to them and got the written equivalent of a Gallic shrug! \our company can not be held responsible for theft and damage that could occur on or to vehicles\ thanks a lot! Ruined the last day of otherwise very pleasant stay
