I have had no significant issues with this residence hall versus other places in Paris. Especially amidst the covid pandemic. Mustapha and Felix are outstanding. However, they need help. It would be an asset to include additional assistance trained by these employees.

This residency is well maintained because of it’s manager Mustapha. He always strives to give you the best service and is always here for you when you need someone to help you fix something in your apartment. He is very kind, very nice and very helpful. He might even stay longer than usual to assist you in case you have a problem with your apartment or even in Paris. I highly recommend Les Estudines because of him!

I have lived here for more than a year and love it. It's charming, compact, with all amenities and in an amazing location. Mustafa at the reception is really kind and helpful. He will always greet you with a warm smile, every-time he see you. He goes above and beyond with providing information to enhance the entire experience of living at the residence. The rooms are very cozy and in a fantastic location surrounded by amazing restaurants and fun bars. It is also very close to the metro and a short ride from all of Paris' major spots. I've lived in Les Estudines for around 2 years now and I would highly recommend it. Mustafa at the reception is always very helpful and welcoming! The residence is in the heart of Oberkampf, an excellent street with many restaurants and cool bars (make sure to visit Le Bar à Pintes). Overall, I am very happy and would recommend this place to any newcomer to Paris!

The best place for students in Paris. It's very close to the metro and all the awesome food joints are right under the accommodation. Have met the best people made the best memories of my life because of this place. Thank you Mustafa for being such an amazing host.

I'd never recommend this place, nor any other \Les Estudines\ residence. If you pay a day late they charge you 10% out of your rent, but when it comes to pay you back your warranty deposit they simply decide to disappear and/or look for any excuse to not pay you. I had to look for a lawyer in order to get my refund.

I lived here for one year and I totally recommend this place because of the area and the bedroom. In addition Mustapha, who works in the reception is very friendly and he is always willing to solve any problem and help in anything.
